PASC aims to develop direct solidarity between volunteers from (Montreal, Canada, the Global North) and communities under attack in Colombia. It does so by providing accompaniment to these communities in order to document all state-perpetuated crimes, as well as offer workshops and training and other methods of skill sharing and learning. PASC works within the spirit of affirming the rights of civils communities living in a war zone, and supports the demands of Land, Life and Self Determination within these communities. PASC operates under the collective organizational process that exist within the various communities.
