Members from PASC will come share their analysis on Food sovereignty, in today's context of globalized market in a dynamic and interactive workshop. During our work with colombian peasants' movements, we clarified our understanding of the global economy effects on peasant's communities and our society as a whole. We will look at projects like the planned free-trde agreement between Canada and Colombia, how it blends into security politics of repression and death in Colombia and how it eases an agrarian conter-reform. Also, oranisations with whom we work will be presented, to share their analysis and dreams, which greatly links to our life here, up North. Come have a taste of direct solidarity!
