The Network of Brotherhood and Solidarity with Colombia - RedHer - is a space for organizing among independent Colombian and transnational organizations and collectives who share common principles of international political solidarity. The RedHer facilitates mutual aid and enrichment of resistance experiences for groups from Europe, North America, and Colombia. RedHer is committed to a negotiated political solution to the social, armed conflict and  operates on two thematic axes: Fighting against impunity and repression and defending natural resources, with the goal of complete justice and the respect of sovereignty and culture.

PASC has been a member of European network of Redher since 2006. Within the national RedHer network, PASC works with the Political Prisoners Solidarity Committee and Social Integration Committee of Catatumbo CISCA

First World Meeting of the Network of Brotherhood and Solidarity with Colombia, 2008

Redher's members participate in several nacional initiatives as People's permanent tribunal and the people's congress :

The Permanent Peoples’ Tribunal is an international independent tribunal that examines and judges complaints submitted by victims regarding the violation of human rights. The Tribunal was founded in June 1979 in Italy by legal experts, writers, and other intellectuals. It followed the Bertrand Russell International War Crimes Tribunal, which held two sessions in 1967 to expose war crimes committed against the Vietnamese people.  The Permanent Peoples' Tribunal took place between 1989 and 1991 and again between 2005 and 2008 with 17 national and international preliminary hearings and six hearings by sector (food, oil, mining, biodiversity, public services and crimes against indigenous communities).  The hearings have demonstrated the responsibility - either by action or omission - of various companies and governments in the practice of terror, exploitation and expropriation.

"The Peoples Congress is a national forum which brings together social movements along with their proposals in order to define the circumstances of our lives and exercise autonomy.  So this is a Congress that legislates but does not expect an endorsement from any organization or official institution. This congress allo make our own decisions about our lives. It is from this space that we reclame a country that is our own, not the one that they try to convince us exists, but one that our communities and territories deserve. "
